Welcome
Welcome to the website of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. We are located in Spring Lake Park, a smaller suburb tucked between Blaine, Fridley, Coon Rapids and Mounds View.  We are easily reached via highways 65 (Central Ave.) and 47 (University) being located on the corner of Osborne Road and Monroe Street right across from Unity Hospital. 

Worship
Lutheran Worship based upon the newly released Lutheran Service Book is held Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. The sanctuary entrance is on the southeast corner of the building in front of the drive-through off Monroe Street. The Lord's Supper is celebrated the first and third Sunday of every month. The office of Matins is utilized on fifth Sundays. Special services are held to observe the seasons of Advent and Lent.

Lenten services this year (2012) will be held on Wednesdays in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. and the sanctuary at 7:00 p.m. Maundy Thursday will be observed on April 5th, Good Friday on April 6th, and Easter Vigil on April 7th, all at 7:00 p.m. Services on Easter will be at 7:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Worship for the Deaf
Worship is held on Sunday Mornings at 9:15 a.m. in the chapel. The chapel entrance is on the northwest corner of the building.

Sunday School and Bible Studies 
Sunday School for all ages is held every Sunday from Labor Day to Memorial Day. For the children, an opening is held in the chapel at 10:30 followed by instruction in their classrooms. High School students meet in our youth room, while adults gather in the Fireside room. (For those adults who would prefer, a Bible study on a different topic is held before the Sunday morning service at 8:30 a.m. also in the Fireside room.) Other Bible study opportunities are also available. Confirmation instruction is available for children in the 7th and 8th grades.
